Indra was raised in CapitalCity by Commander Bushnell and his family after being separated from her parents due to war in another part of the Union, in which Bushnell led. After completing college, Bushnell encouraged Indra to train with the YARA in CapitalCity, which she did, rotting out street crime, crushing low-level drug dealers, gun runners, and eventually uncovering cyber-criminal syndicates. 

Given her keen combat prowess, martial arts and weapons skills she quickly got the attention of the RLB who saw her accomplishments and mysterious sleuthing and strategic abilities as a useful asset. 

Subsequently recruited by the RLB Indra moved to CyberCity, was issued a high-tech fighting suit, unbreakable set of swords and a place on the RLB team with a new moniker Stratus. She now fights side by side with TiCloud, leveraging TiCloud’s threat intel with her keen abilities to track down threat actors of all kinds. 
In her spare time she trains YARA recruits in hand to hand combat, wilderness survival and stealth mastery.
