StoneJacket and Thornfield are two high-ranking military officers that recently have begun working closely with The RLB. They both are old-school soldiers that have in the past underestimated the importance of cyber threats. They often resort to brute force to answer aggressions against the state, including knocking out entire networks, nodes, endpoints, relay stations and connected devices leaving little digital forensics for investigators only to have the threat reemerge. 

Super Powers: Devoid of any superpowers, the two sit at the top levels of nation’s command structure and have almost all militaries resources at their disposal.
